I am an IT Professional with experience in Both the Private and Public sectors. Having worked in the education Sector and moving on to investment banking. A Highly motivated individual with proven ability to take on and improve solutions to IT problems and risk. Extensive experience in IT Service Delivery and Support with many flavours of Windows including Win 7,10, 11 and Server 2012 to 2022. My eagerness to get involved with new technologies has taught me new skills fast and effectively with excellent technical IT knowledge of hardware and software and a key pro-active member of a team talented individuals and leveraging leadership skills to motivate and deliver high class IT Services and Support. I am currently studying Azure and will be looking to follow the Certification Path.
