Regional Lead Coffee Ambassador at Costa Coffee | Store & Multi-Site Leadership | Coaching & Quality UpliftI’m a coffee leader with 10+ years at Costa, passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences and developing high performing teams in fast paced environments. In my current role as Regional Lead Coffee Ambassador for Scotland and North England, I lead a team of 7 Coffee Ambassadors and coach baristas across 30 stores in Central & East Scotland. Together we upskill baristas, drive drink quality standards, support grind & dose mastery, core coffee skills, and deliver on the job coaching that lifts NPS and consistency at peak.Previously, as a Store Manager, I led busy, high volume operations and was selected to manage a Costa Coffee kiosk in the bustling Athletes’ Village in Paris during the Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics. There, I led a diverse team to deliver efficient operations and high quality service under intense international demand, sharpening my adaptability, service focus, and calm decision making.I love turning coaching into measurable outcomes: better extraction, faster service, happier teams, and guests who taste the difference.
