ABOUT DANIEL LOUIS LADOUCEUR
I am a senior level manager with over 25 years of international experience in designing and coordinating the implementation of innovative Justice/Rule of Law, Stabilisation and Recovery initiatives working across humanitarian and development sectors. My experience in conflict and post-conflict countries deepened my knowledge of working in a weak or failed state and highlighted the need to achieve the 2030 agenda. Over the years, I have developed strong analytical and communication skills, a robust knowledge of the political, social and economic dimensions of the impact of conflicts and armed violence on women and youth. My strengths are the vision and the ability to lead the development of daring programmes of cooperation, the perseverance in the face of challenges, and the willingness and indeed the aspiration to work collaboratively. This allows me to efficiently design innovative but practical country programmes and national strategies, mobilise political and financial resources for the inception, coach team and implement capacity development plan for national counterparts to reach objectives efficiently.In parallel, I designed and facilitated senior level trainings and seminars on justice, community security, monitoring & evaluation, and Protection of Civilian.
