I thrive in environments where growth, transformation, and long-term thinking matter and where strong client outcomes are built on operational excellence and mutual trust.In my role as Managing Director at Tilley and Patton, I lead a team of talented professionals producing market-leading Sheetmetal solutions for a wide range of sectors including architecture, public infrastructure, food processing, and telecommunications. We combine over 100 years of manufacturing legacy with modern capabilities in CNC punching, laser cutting, folding, welding, and advanced design for manufacture.My focus is on evolving the business for the future, investing in systems, skills, and technology that lift productivity, reduce friction, and open up new market opportunities.
