I manage the Custom Cut Steak Shop where we produce 90% USDA Prime products. We cut both Wet Aged and Dry Aged steaks. We produce Beef, Lamb, Pork, Veal and also game. We grind beef daily and do custom blends of steak burgers. We ship all across the country to high end restaurants and also have an online retail program. I also manage the warehousing side where we are receiving shipments of perishable products and shipping out orders both on trucks and through UPS. We ship both fresh and frozen products as well as specialty dry goods. I also manage the transportation department for our local deliveries and the out-sourced shipments through 3rd party vendors.
