Based at Manchester Barton Aerodrome and responsible for providing an Aerodrome Flight Information Service.Duties include: being responsible for safe airport operations as the designated Aerodrome Duty Officer. Co-ordinating and executing admin tasks, including processing landing/fuel fees and managing PPRs/book outs in line with Aerodrome Manual procedures. Carrying out runway inspections and determining the operational state of the aerodrome. Providing operational support including wildlife control, aerodrome maintenance, aircraft marshalling and aircraft fuelling. Conducting FISO training to maintain personal qualifications and support the training of others.
