   In my work with men\'s leadership development, I help men discover their true purpose and passion so they can thrive right now and long into the future. I combine my passion and expertise in sustainability with over a decade of experience in facilitating workshops and retreats focused on discovering what people long for, what’s blocking them from getting it, and how to transform those obstacles. With training in Qi Gong, meditation, and Reiki I bring the unique perspective of how we interact with the world as energy (think quantum reality).In addition to facilitating leadership development groups, I have staffed six leadership weekends in the past three years, embarked on two vision quests, and developed a bio-inspired leadership immersion with Fontenelle Forest, the local nature center.
