I have over 25 years of computer services experience. Six of those years was in Hong Kong and about 20 years (on-going) of experience in USA. I was one of the partners of the computer service company in Hong Kong, and had designed and implemented several different applications there. Some of the systems implemented were travel booking system, retail inventory system and slaughter house weighing system.For the almost 20 years in the State, I work in the healthcare industry with the same company, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. I would say I am a loyal employee and is doing my best for my employer, and I am proud of it. I oversee some of the most critical systems in the company, namely, payments, capitation and commission systems that pay billions of dollars to our providers every year.
