About Daniel Lannon
My role at ESPN allows me to continually leverage technology and push the boundaries of linear and digital broadcast production. I lead REMI Operations and am responsible for the team\'s professional development, technical planning, crewing, and execution of at-home and integrated remote live event productions. The team contributes to over 1200+ live event broadcast each year across 15 professional and collegiate sports. I have helped design and develop production facilities as well as led product and workflow development which result in improved story telling capabilities while also creating a more efficient production model. Prior to my current role, I have contributed to various studio and game productions both on remote sites and in a broadcast facility with operational experience in EVS, Evertz Dreamcatcher, VIZRT Libero, and a wide range of Grass Valley editing and playback platforms.
