Oversee and manage 7 Site Managers/Supervisors and 10 sites within region • Create and Manage Agency clinical dashboards/metrics, assess team productivity (counseling, groups, psychologists), provide feedback regarding circumstances that may impact outcomes, and make recommendations for improved performance • Oversee Lifestance Illinois Psychological Testing Department needs, inventory, materials needed, training, billing process, and workflow in various locations (new and prospective) • Support and/or develop psychology education programs, trainings, and activities for psychologists in IL • Support Cost Estimate logistics and procedures and overseeing Authorization + General psych Testing Workflow/Procedures from the Clinical side (communicates with Intake/Billing/Front Desk) • Facilitate Psych Testing Orientation for all new psychologists• Reviewing psych testing reports as needed • Conduct diagnostic assessments, make referrals, complete assessments, psychological testing batteries and provide therapy. • Provide crisis assessment and intervention to clients. • Provide individual therapy • Conduct interviews for prospective new hires within region• Facilitate local onboarding process for new hires as Editor
