ABOUT DANIEL KOLANKO
I am commercial real estate lawyer with a demonstrated history of providing legal advice to REITs, land developers, and insurance companies. I routinely and independently manage the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of land across Canada, and I have a demonstrated research interest in the intersections between law and urban planning. In addition to this, I have experience negotiating commercial contracts with some of the largest companies in Canada, and have stewarded market best-practices to some of Canada\'s most important public-sector institutions. In my spare time, I volunteer with Canadian conservation and outdoor sport access groups, providing my legal knowledge to non-profits so that they may secure ecologically-significant lands for public use.
