Our mission is to solve the NHS staffing crisis, one doctor at a time. It’s a purpose everyone can easily get behind. Recruitment is all about people and what better cause than to help the people who help us every day in our incredible healthcare system. We believe in simplicity:• Our social media and marketing team create incredible content, attracting a worldwide audience of doctors that NHS Trusts use to showcase their amazing vacancies• Our specialist recruitment team connect that audience of doctors with NHS Trusts, arranging all aspects of the recruitment process • Our dedicated relocation support team then assist the successful doctors and NHS Trusts with pre-employment checks, relocation support and ongoing pastoral careNo jargon and no gimmicks – just a simple process that results in hundreds more doctors working in the NHS every yearWe are approachable, straight-forward, honest and work with integrity. We focus on getting things right, doing a great job and patiently pursuing our goal to solve the NHS staffing crisis, one doctor at a time. Rather than concentrating on revenues, growth or headcount, you’ll more likely to find us pouring over our Facebook and Google reviews, knowing that if we’ve helped someone in the right way then success will follow. We are passionate about continual improvement at all levels as individuals, within teams and collectively as an organisation.

ABOUT DANIEL KNOWLES

My Dad always told me ‘go for it’. He never doubted me. Always believed in me. Always told me he’d drive his own Rolls Royce one day. I started my recruitment career in 2011. I ‘went for it’. I never doubted myself. I always believed. I’ve still not driven a Rolls Royce but… one day I will!It was always my dream to work for myself and I’m lucky enough to have fulfilled that dream as part of a career that’s given me the opportunity to give so much back. I’ve only ever recruited for the NHS and placed somewhere in the region of 500 doctors all around the country, having worked with virtually every NHS Trust at some point in my career. I couldn’t imagine working in any other sector – helping doctors is so rewarding and the NHS are such an incredible client. As a leader, I’m big on self-improvement and development of those around me. I’m proud to have supported some of the most successful people in our sector and I genuinely believe that it’s my role to work for them rather than them for me.I think my biggest strength is adapting to change. It’s a must working with the NHS and something I’ve become very good at. My biggest weakness is definitely my impatience. Ironically, it’s also a must working with the NHS and something I’ve definitely had to work on!
