ABOUT DANIEL KNECHT
I’m Daniel Knecht, LL.M, a legally trained compliance professional and certified specialist lawyer for labor law based in Munich. I combine years of experience in internal investigations, anti-corruption and employment law with a sharp legal mind and a hands-on mindset. At HENSOLDT, I lead sensitive internal investigations with a global scope – from forensic analysis to legal assessments and case resolution. Before that, I was responsible for international compliance topics such as anti-corruption/anti-bribery. In parallel, I work independently in my own legal practice with a focus on labor and criminal law. My academic path includes a Master of Laws in Compliance (LL.M.), a deep specialization in white-collar crime, and a double qualification through Germany’s rigorous state examination system. I also hold the title of Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht. Beyond work, I’ve led RoboCup competitions, supported young musicians as Chairman of the Board in a cultural nonprofit, and bring a unique blend of technical, legal, and creative perspectives into everything I do.
