I am passionate about helping individuals to live, work, and play in their communities. I truly believe everyone should have the opportunity to live their life, their way. Following a brain injury, individuals deserve access to education, work, and community. This includes being connected to necessary community resources and supports to ensure inclusion and opportunity. I’ve been provided with the opportunity to meet individuals on their road to recovery. Whether it be in the ICU, inpatient rehab, outpatient neuro clinics, or in their home and community; it is amazing to see people strive to be the best version of themselves. I am a proponent of life learning, growth, development, and maximizing the benefit of teamwork within my organization. It takes truly special people to put others first, and I get to experience that every day while working at Minds Matter.
