Spread the word about nature conservation and explore the wild!Natucate – our name intentionally combines the English words ‘nature’ and (to) ‘educate’, because we aim to reconcile nature and education.Our mission is to share adventures in our planet’s wildest places and spread the word about nature and wildlife conservation. We offer unforgettable opportunities to experience and learn about realconservation work and to explore the wild. By taking an active part in animal protection and nature conservation – as a volunteer, an intern or a wilderness course student – you immerse yourself in fascinating corners of our earth, whose amazing beauty, uniqueness and ecologicalintegrity need to be sustainably protected.However, it is of great importance for us to stress the fact that by taking an active part in any kind of conservation project, each volunteer is a piece of the greater whole – and will not be able to “savethe world”. Nevertheless, we do believe that each seemingly small part goes together with the contributions of other volunteers to reach a greater goal together. Therefore to us, participating in one of our projects means exploring the world in a meaningful way.Natucate does not only target school leavers, students and graduates, who may want to gather valuable experience, but it is also aimed at working people over 50, who are looking for a way to broaden their horizons in an unforgettable and the same time meaningful way. Thus,another of our service features is the creation and planning of individual sabbaticals as well as comprehensive sabbatical support – from pre-departure until the end. Compounded on our manifold programme portfolio, a sabbatical with Natucate is focused on the commitment to nature and environment, development in the midst of untouched nature as well as personal education.Explore the Wild!

ABOUT DANIEL KAUL
I founded Natucate out of a simple conviction — that travel can be more than escape. It can be a return: to nature, to curiosity, and to what truly matters.During my Geography studies, I spent months in remote ecosystems, living and learning alongside conservationists. Those experiences shaped my belief that true understanding is born from immersion, and that time in the wild can change how we see the world and ourselves.After several years in the software industry, I turned that insight into action and created Natucate — an agency dedicated to designing unmatched experiences in wild places. From field guide and conservation courses to sabbaticals and private wilderness journeys, each experience is crafted with purpose and guided by a deep commitment to customer experience. For me, customer experience is not just about service — it’s about passion, emotion, alignment and storytelling. It’s about matching people with the right experience and letting nature do the rest.Over time, this journey has evolved beyond Natucate. With Conscious Explorer, I explore the philosophy behind meaningful travel — creating a space for dialogue, reflection and inspiration around how we experience and shape our relationship with the natural world.Today, I also support companies and organisations in the nature travel and conservation space to evaluate and refine their existing products, create new experiences in the wilderness, adapt them for specific audiences and communicate them authentically. My focus is always on depth, credibility and emotional connection — building products and brands that move people on a different level.I see myself as a matchmaker and facilitator — bringing together people, wild places and transformative ideas. Through Natucate, Conscious Explorer and my consulting work, I aim to inspire a new era of travel and nature-based experiences — one that values awareness, creativity and the courage to slow down.
