Current: President of K5 Farm LLC real estate development, Execute Board member Summit Credit Union and a local community volunteer. Retired from successful career as a senior executive, university adjunct professor, P/L head, board director, charity founder, angel investor, and Wisconsin licensed attorney. Dan Kaiser was promoted to the executive ranks after being consistently promoted to progressively higher leadership levels over three decades in a large financial services, investment and insurance organization. His experience includes executive leadership, strategy, risk, innovation, lean startup, design thinking, behavior economics, blockchain, digital commerce, technology development, product management, sales management, marketing, legal, regulation and project management. As Senior Vice President, Product Executive, he led a growing $850M+ insurance, regulatory and technology business. After rapidly growing that business he was promoted to Senior Vice President Innovation and Development, President of SafetyNet LLC as well as President of AdvantEdge Digital Solutions both multi-million dollar, wholly owned subsidiaries of CUNA Mutual Group - TruStage. His responsibilities included launching and leading two highly successful internal start-ups, and managing the successful deployment of capital investments of over $60 million annually. Kaiser is also a seasoned adjunct professor at the UW-Madison Graduate School of Business and an instructor of executive education UW-Madison. He has been a frequent speaker at national and international events including the Houses of Parliament in London and major conferences in Singapore, Canada, Australia, France and across the US. He has authored articles in both business and legal journals. He has actively served on several boards including large financial institutions, an emergency medical service, a large retirement community and university advisory boards. He has extensive volunteer activities including Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, Hospice and the West Side Coalition for the Aging and Meals on Wheels. In addition, he has delivered pro bono legal services to people in need in the local community as well as business consulting to regional businesses and government agencies.Kaiser is the founder and \"chief farmer\" of Helping Harvest Farms Inc, a charitable organization with the mission of growing organic produce for people in need in Wisconsin. Kaiser is married, has three daughters, grandchildren and is active in fitness and the great outdoors.
