Fourteen months later, I have a platform that launches a new product in 30 seconds and a semantic knowledge base that ensures no institutional knowledge is ever lost.What I built:• Multimodal ingestion pipelines that process emails, scanned PDFs, handwritten documents, photos, and screenshots—extracting tasks, deadlines, entities, and insights using OCR, LLMs, and semantic embeddings. Raw chaos in, structured intelligence out.• Semantic search systems where users ask natural language questions and get grounded, cited answers from their own data—not hallucinated guesses. Hundreds of documents are synthesized in seconds.• Tenant-isolated AI—each client’s data lives in physically separate vector database namespaces with hard boundaries. One tenant’s documents are invisible to every other tenant, verified with bi-directional isolation testing.• AI-generated briefings that replace hours of manual document review with a 30-second read of what matters right now: urgent items, upcoming deadlines, strategic insights, and action items.• Self-healing infrastructure—autonomous monitoring that detects failures, attempts remediation, and escalates to human only when AI can’t resolve the issue.These capabilities are domain-agnostic. The same system that processes family documents can process litigation files, insurance claims, medical records, financial statements, or any corpus of high-volume information that someone needs to understand quickly.Before Cartesys, I spent 15+ years as an HR executive—leading global people strategies, implementing enterprise HRIS/ATS platforms (SAP, Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp), running workforce analytics, and managing $140M+ budgets at Payoneer, Unilever, and Avon.
