Baanx Group, across the EEA and United States focuses on the expansion of a Digital Asset Friendly Fintech platform offering VISA & Mastercard Cards connecting directly to Cryptocurrency wallets, Cryptodraft and many more cutting edge features in the future. The role entails- Building the business directly alongside the CEO - Building and owning all operational workflows within the business - EEA Card program management including annual on-site compliance audits - Leading, recruiting and building multiple operational departments including HR, Legal, Customer Support, Operational Compliance, Client Project Management and Account Management - Building out internal policies for future business growth - Forecasting and planning for future business growth - Delivering the FCA Cryptoasset Licence approval status and working closely with global regulatory bodies - Delivering Portuguese VASP - Leading and building relationships with third parties for future development of the Baanx product suite - Strategic planning for future business strategy- Reviewing and analysing progress of the underlying business strategy - Working closely with the SMT team across each department to support the delivery of each business function
