As the EMEA Security Systems Group Manager, I am the regional lead accountable for development of strategy, creation of standards and the tactical delivery of security systems and their supporting services which are focused on Life Safety and Asset protection across this diverse Microsoft portfolio. In this dynamic, evolutionary work environment, our customers\' needs are constantly changing, and it is essential to maintain a flexible, logical, open minded and adaptive approach in delivery of our services. To achieve this I am responsible for a dedicated vendor team of 13, which provides Technology Selection, Security Consulting, Project Delivery, Access Management and System Support (including first line break-fix) Services. Physical installation, call-out and maintenance works are undertaken by our Security Vendor eco system comprising of local service providers for which the selection, management and performance review is also my area of responsibility. Collectively through our processes, standards and continual validation, we ensure consistency and compliance, which is critical to our Global Security Operations Centres model and overall Security Strategy.At a Global level, and in conjunction with my two regional peers, we contribute to the creation, refinement and delivery of programs and initiatives. In addition to this I am the Security Systems Global lead for the High Value Asset program, working closely with key stakeholders in these critical and high security environments, defining how security systems, processes, associated support services, are designed, deployed, and implemented to mitigate any identified risks.
