About Daniel Jhung

As President of the newly formed Nestlé USA Coffee & Beverage Division, I’m proud to lead a bold, consumer obsessed team of passionate partners who are stewards of iconic billionaire brands such as Starbucks, Coffee mate, Nescafe, Nesquik and Milo as well as high growth emerging brands such as Seattle\'s Best, Blue Bottle, Natural Bliss, Unwell Hydration and Abuelita competing in the world of coffee, enhancers and ready to drink. Our team works to elevate every moments with every sip by crafting cups to inspire our partners and uplift our consumers. Due to the huge runaway for growth in coffee and enhancers, we have opened a new state of the art, technologically advanced $675MM Beverage manufacturing factory and distribution center in Glendale, AZ.In my time at Nestlé, I’ve turned around brands like Butterfinger with edgy, digital marketing; steered a move towards premium ingredients in brands like Hot Pockets; modernized design and marketing for brands like Lean Cuisine, which won the grand prize in the inaugural Nielsen Design Impact Awards and completely turned around a declining brand; accelerated growth and share on Nestle USA\'s biggest business, Coffee mate; and launched a Nielsen Breakthrough and Circana Pacesetter winner in Starbucks Creamer. I’ve served on the Board of Freshly, the #1 e-commerce meal delivery service globally during Nestle\'s ownership, as well as serving as the first Co-Chair with the CMO on the company’s One Marketing Council.Prior to joining Nestlé, I drove marketing and partnership strategy across a variety of brands including Clorox Wipes, Pine-Sol, Medical SelfCare, and Marvel and X-Men Video Game properties.I’m a passionate advocate for collaborative, people first leadership with a strong end to end growth mindset. I’m proud to help drive a team-oriented, empowered culture at Nestlé and within the Coffee & Beverage Division where our employees drive incredible innovation, consumer experience, and growth.Interested in becoming part of the Nestlé USA team?
