ABOUT DANIEL JEBSON
I\'m a Senior Supervisor currently working in the Field Service division for Trillium Flow Technologies (formerly Weir). I multi role from site to site fulfilling the role of Outage Liaison Engineer, Area Supervisor, HSE Adviser and Appointed Person having recently gained CPCS A61 Blue Competent Operator.My career has evolved from Hopkinson\'s Valves and Controls where I served my apprenticeship as a Fitter/Turner gaining valuable experience from many different departments on the shop floor such as; Iron & Steel, Sootblowers and Tool Room. Having gained experience from the shop floor and manufacturing aspect of valves I joined the Field Service division to develop my skills from a maintenance perspective. The on-site service generally associated with outage\'s and shutdowns brings with it many challenges. Working closely with contract partners and EDF staff it can be quite rewarding to overcome challenges and achieve our objectives working collaboratively in a complex environment. I take pride in delivering quality work in a professional approach whilst ensuring no detriment to safety. As a promoter of continues improvement I\'m always keen to learn new skills, methods and processes.
