My name is Daniel James. I work as a Project manager for Amey Inferstructure Wales working for Transport for Wales on the Wales and boarders. I work part of the Maintenance team primarily focusing on Vegetation management works. Role entails- Planning and managing programs of works- Costing and programming works- Writing proposals- Lias with clients weekly- Report writing- Managing budgets- Complying with standards - Dealing with 3rd party and local residents - Assurance checks - Managing the delivery of works- Creating HSQE plans- Writing WPP/TBS/Permits- Signing off Possessions/SWP as Responsible manager - Managing contractor and sub contractors- Managing possession and access- Auding teamMy personal skills include Team leading, self-motivation, confidence and the passion and determination to better myself. I am an approachable and an outgoing person who finds learning new things stimulating. This is reflected in my positive and enthusiastic attitude. I believe that politeness and manners are of high importance as when people are working as part of a team they should feel respected and appreciated.
