I build and scale hyperscale data center operations, supporting 1GW+ of critical infrastructure from greenfield development to fully operational portfolios. My work focuses on designing the operating models, partnerships, and execution frameworks required to run mission-critical infrastructure at scale.Over the course of my career, I’ve helped stand up two hyperscale operating organizations from the ground up, building the structures, teams, and partnerships needed to move complex infrastructure from concept to reliable day-to-day operations.I work closely with operators, energy providers, technology partners, government, and education institutions to help build the infrastructure and talent pipelines needed to support the next generation of digital infrastructure growth. My focus is on developing practical models that allow organizations to build, staff, and operate critical facilities reliably over the long term.
