Daniel J. Paret is an experienced civil and commercial trial attorney. His practice areas include commercial and business litigation, transportation, products liability, and data privacy matters. Mr. Paret has successfully represented clients throughout the state of Texas in both state and federal courts. His clients include individuals, small and large private business owners, and large publicly traded companies. A certified mediator, he also represents clients with alternative dispute resolution issues. He has worked as a neutral and arbitrator of disputes. He particularly enjoys mediating cases and finding creative solutions to resolve a dispute both as an advocate and neutral third party. When necessary, he also knows how to prepare and try a case for victory or appeal. Dan completed his undergraduate studies at TCU with a B.B.A. in finance and a minor in economics. He then attended Pepperdine University School of Law graduating with both a J.D. and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for dispute resolution. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dan is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the Tarrant County and Dallas County Bar Associations having previously served as a board member and past chairman of the Tarrant County Alternative Dispute Resolution section. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan.
