A Power / Ujamaa Construction joint venture, Northwestern Medicine Hospital’s Pavilions G&H project is an expansion and modernization of its Lake Forest Hospital facility. Overall, the plan includes more than square feet of new construction and about square feet of modernization. The project adds 96 new inpatient beds, bringing the hospital’s total to 210. The new beds include 84 medical and surgical, and 12 intensive care. Plans also include the expansion of the emergency department, imaging equipment and inpatient rehabilitation services.
