About Daniel Iturrey

Transaction deal lead with a focus on diligence and quality of earnings. I partner with leading private equities as they model their investment thesis on any given transaction. In my role, I have led deals with enterprise values ranging from $20 million to $2.5 billion across various industries with a focus on technology sectors. Prior to serving in my transaction role, I served as an accounting expert for my clients (both private and SEC registrants). I assisted my clients with SEC registrations, carve-out financial statements, opening balance sheets, purchase price accounting, divestitures, and acquisitions. I am driven by doing the right thing, the right way, and making sure that my actions will positively impact those around me. I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for transformational technologies. I am equally passionate about serving the community and giving back to others around me. I have served on various not-for-profit boards and volunteering opportunities across South Florida. I currently serve as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member for ARC Broward and a mentor for young entrepreneurs at NFTE (network for teaching entrepreneurship).
