   Led 75-person domestic + off-shore R&D operations sustaining a $1.8B intravenous catheter and ultrasound business. Significantly reduced program communications overhead by consolidated reporting documents to a single source, interactive dashboard, linked to detailed plans for a 125+ project portfolio. Leveraged this same platform for pragmatic project prioritization. Transitioned from sustaining engineering to leading the R&D project team on a BD top-10 new product development project.Serving on the R&D rotational programs steering committee and the IDE & E team. Developed and deployed a career development training and toolkit leveraged throughout BD.
