Enterprise performance and upstream asset leader focused on improving capital efficiency and unlocking value across complex energy portfolios.I’m an upstream and enterprise performance leader with over 20 years at Chevron, focused on improving capital efficiency, strengthening cost competitiveness, and unlocking material asset value.I’ve held full P&L accountability for Chevron’s operated Tahiti deepwater asset in the Gulf of Mexico, generating more than $1B per year in cash flow. During that time we doubled the asset value plan-on-plan, reduced base production decline from 17% to 4%, and identified over 230MMBOE of additional opportunity through disciplined reservoir management and portfolio optimization.At the enterprise level, I’ve led performance strategy for Chevron’s technology organization, aligning the R&D portfolio to measurable business outcomes and shaping a $200MM+ cost competitiveness trajectory.
