ABOUT DANIEL HUGHES

I’m a senior at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business majoring in Marketing with a strong focus in Real Estate. I’m currently interning at TWG Development, working with both the Market Rate Development and Finance teams. This role has given me hands-on experience in underwriting multifamily deals, conducting rent comps, building Excel models, and assisting with BOVs. I’ve also contributed to proformas and participated in team calls focused on market strategy and acquisitions. I’ve been a member of the IU Real Estate Club every year at Kelley, which has helped deepen my industry understanding and expand my network. Before college, I attended Cathedral High School, where I played football as a wide receiver and was part of two state championship teams. That experience helped shape my leadership, work ethic, and team-first mentality — all of which I bring to the real estate world today. I’m passionate about development, investment strategy, and real estate analytics — and I’m continually growing my skills through coursework, modeling tools, and hands-on experience. I’m actively seeking full-time opportunities in real estate development, acquisitions, or investment roles where I can apply my background in both marketing and real estate to create long-term value.
