I’m a commercially driven events and hospitality professional with over a decade of experience working across some of the UK’s most high-profile and mission-led venues. I’ve built my career leading sales, growing M&E revenue, and delivering standout experiences in unique spaces — from large-scale zoos and cultural institutions to landmark visitor attractions.My background spans event sales, client relationship management, team leadership, product development, and commercial strategy. I’ve led teams, launched new venues, built successful partnerships with major brands, and developed event offerings that align guest needs with business goals. At Chester Zoo, I helped transform the events operation, increasing revenue significantly and playing a lead role in the launch of The Square, a purpose-built venue developed from concept through to commercial delivery.At The Lowry, I created a new sales and marketing approach that grew M&E business by 20%, while also contributing to ticketing, fundraising, and cross-venue partnerships. I’ve worked closely with caterers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders, and always look to bring a collaborative, strategic, and client-focused approach.I enjoy working in purpose-led environments where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand.
