Hello, my name is Dan Hobson, an Electronics Designer with over 25 years of engineering experience. My current focus is on servicing my client’s interests by moving their products from concept to designs for manufacture. I am dedicated to producing high quality, competitive designs which makes my services the perfect solution for your electronics concepts. My interest in electronics was sparked on my 12th birthday with a “101 in 1 Electronics Project Kit”. This kit taught me to read schematics and assemble printed circuit board assemblies. An invitation by a friend to study electronics in high school would begin my lifetime career. My resume contains several successful patents with over 25 years of commitment to my employers and clients. It is this commitment and honesty that I want to bring to my clients. My mission is to take care of the client’s needs. The client’s intellectual property is closely guarded as if my future depends on it, because in reality it does. I work under Non-Disclosure Agreement between client, vendor and contract manufacturer. I start my designs with manufacturing and end-user in mind, before the concept is ever taken to schematic. I work with industry certified contract manufacturers in San Antonio and elsewhere.
