Hello! My name is Daniel Hintzman, and I recently graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and Jazz Studies at UW-Madison. Over the past 7 years, I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience within the commercial real estate industry through numerous internship experiences, with focuses primarily on asset management, development, capital markets, and private equity investment. Currently, I am pursing the 1-year MS program at UW-Madison in Real Estate with a specialization in Private Equity, where I was chosen to be the team leader for the midwest region. As team leader, I am tasked with leading a team comprised of me and three other Master\'s students in our role of sourcing, underwriting, and presenting investment opportunities within the midwest region to the WREAA Fund II Investment committee.
