Built AVEA’s Influencer & PR ecosystem from scratch – driving 40 % of all new customers, landing top-tier media features, and closing the brand’s first official sports partnership with SailGP Germany.Responsibilities at AVEA Life • Built the Influencer Marketing department from scratch and scaled it into a core growth driver for the brand. • Developed end-to-end processes for creator onboarding, CRM systems, contracts, logistics, and performance tracking. • Manage partnerships across YouTube, podcasts, blogs, Instagram, and TikTok. • Directly responsible for 40 % of all new customer acquisitions via tracked influencer links — excluding additional untracked organic conversions. • Doubled the number of new customers over the past years through strategic influencer, affiliate, and performance collaborations. • Tripled the Influencer Marketing budget between 2023 and 2025, reflecting the department’s growing strategic importance. • More than doubled partnership integrations YoY, expanding AVEA’s brand presence across key verticals. • Built and launched custom landing pages for creators and partners, driving conversion through tailored user journeys. • Established and scaled AVEA’s affiliate program, including strategic partnerships with major publishers like Condé Nast. • sold out an entire product category via a single influencer campaign in Q1 2025. • Introduced and scaled AVEA’s UGC Creator program, with several creators becoming top performers in paid media campaigns. • Built AVEA’s brand ambassador network and initiated long-term creator relationships.→ Closed AVEA’s first official sports partnership as a supplier of the German SailGP team. • Developed the PR department from the ground up — securing high-impact online and offline features in Vogue, Grazia, Brigitte, Bunte, Glamour, Elle, and more.
