ABOUT DANIEL HENDERSON
Fitness has always been a passion of more for over 15 years and even through my sales career, I was always looking to ensure I was managing training whilst ensuring I was performing the best I can in my sales career. Finding new ways to juggle both sales and training is difficult, but I did it, through injury, stressful end of quarters and still getting on the socials.It wasn\'t easy, plenty of trial and error. But the experience I gathered during this time has helped me no end and now I\'m passing this knowledge onto other people who were in my situation.
