This starts with its “people” and its “culture” and I am a big believer in getting the right people and retaining them.As Managing Director of Capstone Financial, I ensure our team of advisers and operations team deliver the best quality of advice and service to all our clients. Our hard work is being recognised as we won “Financial Adviser of the Year” at the Talk of Manchester Business Awards 2018 and Special Commendation in 2019.
