ABOUT DANIEL A. HAZARD
I am a Christ-centered coach, builder of systems, and developer of men—both on and off the field.I serve as the Co-Defensive Coordinator and Run Game Coordinator at Campbell High School in Smyrna, GA, one of the most diverse high schools in the state. Our football program—led by Head Coach Jeff Philips—is rising fast: first winning season since 2007, 13 college signees in 2024, and a culture transformation that’s drawing college recruiters and community support. I also teach Marketing & Entrepreneurship, sponsor DECA, and mentor student-athletes toward excellence in life, business, and character.My approach is rooted in three pillars:• Faith – I believe in building with love, integrity, and purpose.• Systems – Culture doesn’t happen by accident. We install it like we install blitzes.• Development – I coach with the end in mind: men who lead homes, serve others, and walk in strength.I integrate AI, scouting, leadership frameworks, and biblical principles into everything I build—from our front-7 run defense to entrepreneurship class simulations.
