Job purpose:To maintain and grow the relationship between AXA healthcare and our strategic SME intermediary partners. Utilising the benefits of bespoke product offerings sell exclusively to the SME PMI market, converting and retaining small corporate enquiries and ensure profitable growth. Establish professional relationships with all SME intermediary partners and use every opportunity to link sell other AXA healthcare products. Achievement of all targets set by the business in relation to new business and retention. Supporting the other account managers and intermediary partners within the team as well as building strong relationships with other areas of AXA healthcare’s business including the Commercial Department and IDT. These responsibilities should be delivered with the AXA values and core behaviors in mind and through a customer focused, motivated and efficient way which in turn should enable the Team to achieve customer service excellence and assist with our growth, retention, quality assessment and SLA targets.
