Responsible for providing management and strategic leadership to the Finance, IT, Legal & Privacy and HR departments at HBT. I lead and direct the development and implementation of corporate strategies and frameworks. Contribution to the development of the corporate strategic plan and multi-year business plans, and provides expertise and advice in driving strategies for achieving business objectives and resolving critical business issues.Liaise closely with public and private sector partners and stakeholders to position HBT as the partner of choice for the provision and administration of employee health benefits within the British Columbia Healthcare and Community Service sectors, as well as help lead the expansion of our service offering to the broader BC public service sector.
