Support Service Engineer: Provide support to customer DeltaV systems including system maintenance, upgrade support, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Gained knowledge of AMS Intelligent Device Manager and WirelessHART. Reliability Engineer Perform route-based data collection and vibration data analysis. Helped create the Reliability Partnership System (RPS) with customers where we train the customer on vibration data collection for us to analyze, and we work together to review the health of their mechanical equipment. Work with online vibration monitoring systems, including the AMS Asset Monitor. Provide system design, installation, commissioning and support. Solutions for data integration. Whether it is helping bring data back into the control system or a more wholistic view with Plantweb Optics.
