ABOUT DANIEL GRIMLEY

I have been involved with the development of numerous construction projects from small scale to major developments from inception, through the design / construction process to completion. Including feasibly, concept design, land and building surveying, evaluation of procurement routes, detailed drawings, specifications, contract documentation, tender packages, cdm analysis, financial evaluation of tenders, project management, site visits, representing the company at Client/Design team meetings, preparation of as built information etc.The type of projects range from refurbishment, alterations, extensions and new build from conservation projects to buildings using modern construction methods. The main area of work has been the East Midlands corridor but also I have worked on projects up and down the country and outside of the UK. The projects that I have been involved with have been mainly in the office / commercial sector but also public sector / residential / education / retail. For client’s ranging from national plc’s, public sector bodies, local companies to private individuals.I am also a Borough Councillor at Charnwood and am a member of the Planning Committee as well as being Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee.
