A Sports Science PhD, an MBA, and 2 decades of experience in elite sport at Olympic, US College and US Pro levels provides a well credentialled and unique background and skill set to support my approach athlete development and sport performance. With a strong belief that frameworks and processes build long term, scalable success, the combination empirical and experiential knowledge at each stop in my career shows the importance to adapting any approach to the people, environment, and definitions of success of the context you are in.Inquisitive, humble and trustworthy are traits of discipline experts required to provide elite support of athlete development. It is the collaboration, communication and transdisciplinary approach of coaches and practitioners to find answers in the \'grey\' which ultimately defines success in dynamic and complex sporting contexts.Inspired by my grandfather, sport holds a special place in my life as I see it as a true catalyst for change.
