ABOUT DANIEL GRAFMAN
Working in the field of construction, specifically as a Sr. Construction manager industry for the past 31 years, has provided me with a strong background, and intimate understanding of what is entailed in the management of a very wide variety of projects. This includes the creation of extremely high-end custom homes, of multi-family rental complexes, garden- style apartment dwellings, villas and town home communities, and mixed use environments with their unique subdivision entry ways and clubhouses. I’ve also work on projects involving high-end tenant build-outs, retail properties, hospitality-centered establishments, and medically-oriented projects as well.
