I’m Daniel Grygorachyk, a Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Guelph specializing in Management, Economics, and Finance. I\'m currently interning at TD on the Product Management team, where I help shape strategies and improve backend processes that enhance the customer experience on a larger scale, impacting thousands of clients, not just one individual at a time like in a branch setting. My background spans banking, customer service, and hospitality, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding both people and operations. I’m passionate about creating meaningful change and continuously look for ways to drive innovation that makes banking simpler and more intuitive for everyone. Outside the classroom, I lead a team of 20+ students through Enactus Guelph, where we’ve launched social innovation projects and competed at regional and national levels. I also enjoy giving back by promoting financial literacy in local schools and taking part in community initiatives like TD Tree Day. I’m always eager to connect with professionals who are passionate about innovation, leadership, and making an impact.
