WORK HISTORY
Associate @Cundall
Birmingham, GB
As an Electrical Associate at Cundall, I lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality building services across a broad portfolio of projects. Beyond technical delivery, I play a key role in business development, actively supporting the growth of the Cundall brand and driving forward our regional presence.I’ve been proud to lead the organisation of Cundall’s Birmingham ‘NetRunning’ networking events—a unique initiative blending business, wellness, and community—and I’ve also taken the lead in expanding Cundall’s reach across the East Midlands, helping to build new relationships and win meaningful work.My recent focus has been within the Science & Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, and Defence (MOD) sectors—areas where I’ve developed a deeper strategic and technical understanding, and where I continue to support complex, high-security, and future-forward projects. In parallel to my core responsibilities, I also wear a second hat as manager of our BIM team, where I’ve been instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing digital delivery, and helping to drive forward the digitalisation of our BIM services. It’s an area full of challenges—but also full of opportunity—and one I’m excited to continue developing
