ABOUT DANIEL FLEMING

I have been practicing law for nearly 40 years with a focus on commercial litigation and corporate asset recovery. In the course of my litigation practice, I have taken jury and non-jury cases to trial hundreds of times. I am a co-founder of Wong Fleming, which is a full-service general practice law firm with concentrations in all litigation, especially employment, environmental, intellectual property and commercial law, bankruptcy, and real estate.Firm HistoryWong Fleming is a national, certified, minority-owned law firm that was established on May 1, 1994 by Linda Wong and Daniel Fleming. The firm\'s first offices were located in Edison, New Jersey. The firm\'s client base grew and expanded across the region, resulting in the opening of Wong Fleming\'s first branch office in Philadelphia in 1997. The firm opened its second branch office in New York City in In 2001, Wong Fleming moved its New Jersey offices to Princeton in response to the increasingly statewide breadth of the firm\'s client base.
