Developed an enhanced system to analyse customer returns to detect early signs of disruption. Reduction of faulty returns 30% in one year by improving KPI’s and implementing six sigma techniques. Developed the pre-production testing SOP for some hard goods categories in River Island; leading to a system of full compliance to international regulations at PPS stage while reducing testing cost 50% Developed product engineering guidelines for various hard goods categories; focus on value engineering leading to margin improvements up to 5%
