My Role as an Estate Safety Office is to carry out compliance activities to establish and maintain appropriate robust and reliable systems to ensure our landlord’s obligations are met and Livewest properties are compliant in meeting all appropriate regulatory and legislative requirements.My Key Roles are to:• Carry out weekly communal fire alarm and monthly emergency light testing at a number of residential blocks/schemes. • Carry out visual site inspections to ensure our common areas remain sterile and safe • Produce schematic plans for all communal areas, assessing data within the Capita/Keystone asset management systems and the collection and validation of stock condition data• Be responsibilities for the completion of Scheme Risk Assessments including the identification, quantification and prioritisation of all associated works • Maintain regular audit of the stock condition database and the stock data within the asset management system • Cover other areas of property compliance as required, such as six monthly time clock changes, communal meter readings testing and legionella flushing. • Deliver excellent customer service • Undertake any relevant training provided by the company • Maintain company vehicle in line with company policy • Maintain company supplied uniform, tools and PPE
