BIOGRAPHY: CHEF DANIEL ESPOSITOChef Daniel Esposito is originally from the heart of the Champagne region of France, where he discovered his passion for food and cooking and where he also received his formal training in the culinary arts. Chef Daniel has over twenty-five years of European and North American professional culinary experience in hotels, resorts and restaurants. He is a qualified Red Seal Cook, a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation and a member of the Northern Lights Culinary Association.He is the recipient of national and international awards in various culinary competitions and his intense love for food took him to the Culinary Olympiad in England and then to the World Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt Germany where he won a Silver medal. He was fortunate and honoured to be chosen to prepare sumptuous formal dinners for royalty and many heads of state, including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and the Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chrétien.Chef Daniel resides in North Bay, Ontario where he shares his considerable knowledge of the culinary arts trade as a Chef Professor in the School of Culinary Arts at Canadore College.
