Maintain Maximo enterprise asset/inventory management system on a current basis in the proper and accepted manner.•Issue out inventory parts to work orders generated by the maintenance department.•Liaise with department heads to ensure correct re-order points of inventory for all equipment.•Prepare purchase requisitions (new purchase, SRO, and repair) for parts and equipment requested per department heads on rig.•Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions and cargo manifests; as well as track the progress of purchase orders, repairs and rental equipment.•Perform cyclical inventory (civ) of stock and maintained the physical inventory on board drilling vessel.•Run periodic reports for all expired goods (LOT items) to ensure everything is within expiration date.•Liaise with department heads in the preparation of material requisitions for all Labor, parts and equipment-focus on planning to minimize urgent orders-forward approved requisitions to shore based office.•Prepare cargo manifest for all equipment (dangerous goods, hazardous & non-hazardous) removed from rig.•Maintained adequate inventory levels of equipment spares and consumables to facilitate the continuous operation of drilling.•Prepare periodic reports for the operations manager and shore-based materials manager.•Assist in preparing yearly budget reports for inventory spares required.•Competent and experienced in operating forklifts offshore in order to load, unload, transport, and stack materials in cargo container and storage areas on board and off board drilling vessel(s).•Resolve any issue brought to my attention.•Perform quarterly and yearly materials auditing.•Provide excellent customer service to all on board the drilling vessel.
