Provide end-to-end operational support for corporate and commercial credit facilities ( including term loans, revolving credit lines, operating loans, construction loans, and equipment leasing facilities); ensuring efficient processing, documentation, and adherence to risk controls.• Collaborate with credit adjudicators and relationship managers to streamline draw requests, loan advances, and covenant compliance.• Review and verify all credit documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to funding, in line with CWB credit risk policies.• Monitor ongoing loan performance and ensure timely updates of client and facility data in CRM and core banking systems.• Act as a liaison between the credit operations unit and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and support business development teams in executing growth strategies.• Help in supporting over $80M+ in credit facility administration monthly, improving business unit satisfaction and enabling targeted portfolio growth.
